The City of Toronto has gone through many changes over the years. Certain buildings have stood the test of time and are dwarfed by the towers that surround them. Others have disappeared altogether. This series includes both to show the ever-changing face of the City of Toronto.

A distant memory of the 8 story buildings that once stood on this corner. Now occupied by two main towers, 49 and 53 stories tall, BCE Place transformed this block. This construction project occupies areas bound by Wellington, Yonge, Bay and Front Streets. BCE Place is now known as Brookefield Place.

This construction project occupies areas bound by Wellington, Yonge, Bay and Front Streets. BCE Place is now known as Brookefield Place.

The Allen Lambert Galleria offers a cathedral like avenue for pedestrians. The newer construction also pays tribute to a few older buildings. The Hockey Hall of Fame, along with a few other buildings, retained their structure within the galleria.
